During the day, we have Residence Hall Directors on duty. Each Residence Hall Director has office hours during which they work in the hall office and are available for residents to stop by. Keep in mind RHDs are students like you and do attend class during certain times. There is a staff member on call 24 hours a day; 365 days a year for emergency situations.

In addition, we also have front desk coverage daily from 6pm to 10pm. During holiday breaks, these desks may not be staffed. We also have HEART - our 24/7/365 response team, which is available to assist and respond to any residential needs.

Residence hall staff members and University Police Officers make rounds throughout the building on a regular basis. Â鶹ÊÓƵ residence halls are equipped with security cameras in many different areas. Cameras are not always visible but are recording 24/7/365.
