How do I know if my previous courses will transfer into this degree program?
A complete official audit by the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Admissions Office will determine which courses will transfer; however, in the meantime, you can access Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's Transfer Credit Equivalency Tool online. Only courses from regionally accredited institutions are accepted at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Your OAT Academic Advisor will review your records in DegreeWorks to determine if additional courses can be counted through course substitutions, etc.
How do I find out how many credits I can earn for other forms of prior learning?
Your OAT Academic Advisor can help you with the documentation for up to 9 credit hours of experiential learning credit through valid, verifiable experiential learning (ACED 2940 and ACED3940). In addition, are provided on campus and remotely for several ACED courses.

How do I apply to the University?
Apply online at . Please select OAT (or OAT-Online if you need ALL of your courses to be online) as your major.
Visit Student Financial Services for tuition information. Please note that e-tuition is charged for online classes. E-tuition is higher than regular tuition, but fully online students are exempt from some fees.

Official advising can begin once the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Admissions and online orientation processes have been completed. Refer to your Admissions Letter, or complete our Contact Form for more information.

What are BlazeVIEW, GoVIEW, and Banner Web?
BlazeVIEW is the current online platform for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ courses, powered by Desire2Learn (D2L). Online courses from the College of Business (ACCT, ECON, BUSA, MKTG) are offered through BlazeVIEW. Some online Core classes and some online courses in the ACED Department are offered through BlazeVIEW as well.
The University System of Georgia uses GoVIEW for eCore courses, which is also powered by D2L, but requires a different user name and password.
Banner is the student information system used by students to view transcripts, register for courses, etc.
How do I register for classes?
Once you have been accepted by the University, have completed the OAT Major Checklist, AND have had your registration flag lifted by your OAT Advisor, you can register for courses by visiting the page.
How do I find my classes in eCore?
Core classes are offered through the University System of Georgia's eCore program, which may use a differet calendar than the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ academic calendar. Visit the home page.
How do I find my classes in BlazeVIEW?
Classes offered online at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ have section numbers like "IA" or "IB" and can be found in BlazeVIEW, which can be accessed through MyÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ from the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Homepage.
Where do I purchase my textbooks and supplies?

Log into your account and go to Student Services and Financial Aid. Then go to Registration > Add/Drop/Withdraw.
