Information Technology routinely performs updates, upgrades, and maintenances to ensure the security and performance of technologies and data accessible at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Except for critical issues, maintenances are scheduled at times deemed least disruptive to services.

NETWORK IMPROVEMENT

Tuesday, September 16, 2026, 7 am - 8 am

Â鶹ÊÓƵ Network Services will implement a network improvement process that involves the campus core infrastructure. No impact on services is expected. This information is being provided for awareness only.

 

GEORGIAFIRST FINANCIALS and GEORGIABEST APPLICATIONS

Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11 pm until 7 am, Saturday, September 19, 2026

USG Information Technology Services will perform regular maintenance, and during this time, the following applications will not be available:

  • GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financials Production (FPROD)
  • PSQUEST access
  • GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace Access  
  • Expenses and ePro Self-Service Portal
  • Health eShop Access

During this same window, they will also perform Linux OS patching. As such, GeorgiaBEST applications like Banner, Degree Works, OneUSG, and other related services will not be available.

 

BANNER

Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11 pm and until ~7 am, Friday, September 25, 2026

USG Information Technology Services will perform upgrades to the Banner application. Banner and related services will not be available during the maintenance window.
