The Office of Institutional Effectiveness supports the mission of 麻豆视频 by fostering an institutional culture of continuous quality improvement in our academic, student support, and administrative programs. Working closely with faculty, administrators, the University Assessment Committee, the QEP Coordinator, and the General Education Council, our office helps coordinate and establish evidence necessary to maintain our institutional accreditation by the and adhere to related policies. We assist members of the university community by:

• Providing assessment consultations and training
• Reviewing student learning outcomes
• Reviewing applications for new academic programs (guidelines for new or changed curriculum)
• Reviewing self-study documents (review procedures)
• Reporting and preparing SACSCOC accreditation documentation (substantive change notification and prospectuses, Fifth-Year Interim Report, SACSCOC Financial Profile, SACSCOC Institutional Profile, Institutional Obligations for Public Disclosure, etc.)
• Training, collecting, and reviewing Institutional Effectiveness Reports and Plans
• Coordinating and consulting for Academic Comprehensive Program Review (CPR)
• Supporting assessment of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
• Supporting the Student Opinion of Instruction (SOI) process, including training on SmartEvals
• Supporting institutional strategic planning
• Monitoring credentials of qualified faculty
• Coordinating university policies
